St Georges College is the oldest residential college at the University of Western Australia, located directly opposite UWA between Kings Park and the Swan River.
The project involved the design and construction of a four-level student accommodation wing that includes 45 one-bedroom self-contained units, office and administration facilities, rooftop function space and outdoor terrace.
IET was responsible for the electrical installation, communications installation, security and CCTV installation and the audiovisual installation.
This work was completed with Jaxon Construction.
The Rodgers Wing provides the facilities to offer students a residence that combines the tradition of the College with the necessities of modern-day learning.
The building equipped with modern suites and rooms along with common areas all of which provide the connectivity and efficiency that is required by students at this level of learning.
