Brunel is in recruitment for mining, oil and gas, offshore, infrastructure and renewable energy.
The purpose of this project was to create a collaborative workspace that was unique to Brunel Perth. Overlooking the newly developed Elizabeth Key and Swan River in Perth’s CBD, Wesfarmers House provided the perfect location for their offices.
This was work completed with ADCO Construction.
IET were engaged to provide Electrical & Communications design solutions to ensure design intents and client expectations were delivered. We carried out the works within the constraints of a fully operational building. Noise mitigation techniques and waste management were completed with minimal disruptions to existing tenants.
We were brought in to transform the existing base build floorspace into a purpose-built workspace for Brunel Australasia and the result saw a state-of-the-art workspace delivered to expectations.
The new collaborative workspaces were fitted with CAT6 communications cabling whilst power was provided through a soft wiring solution, ensuring adaptability for works. Intelligent lighting controls the board room, giving employees a variety of scenes to suit any meeting requirements.
Tight project timeframes were achieved through comprehensive project management and our dedicated tradespeople. The efforts of all involved have seen further opportunities presented to IET based on building management.
